A Nourish your Heart & Soul session will help you release heaviness and reconnect you with the joy and lightness. Stress, fear and pain get in the way of having an open, happy heart, and the TLC of one of my special guided Reiki sessions will melt away all the heaviness leaving you light and uplifted.
Together we can make something positive happen in our community. As you tend to your heart and soul with a session for yourself, together we will donate to One Fund Boston. The survivors need our support, and I will be donating $10 from each $60 session to One Fund Boston in your name.

Join me on May 19, 2013 from 6-7:30 pm for a Heart & Soul circle to release heaviness and make space for lightness in your heart. At the Heart & Soul Circle, we will slow down and connect with how our hearts feel using the Sufi prayer technique called Remembrance. We will create safe space together where we can release the things that are heavy on our hearts and make room for lightness. We will do a few creative activities to open our hearts to joy and cultivate deep, lasting relaxation through guided meditation and Reiki. Read more here.
